Evidence suggest Jorhan Bimve Stahl is alive and in hiding on Helghan where he is in the process of developing bio-chemical weaponry.
It is likely that some form of Stahl Arms still exists and is helping to develop this weapon. It is also conceivable that the petrusite mining operation has been used as cover to transport raw materials to Helghan and used to rebuild infrastructure and military capabilities.
Stahl's ideology is extremely anti-Vektan. He has a deep pathological hatred for humans and sees Vekta as being responsible for the destruction of Helghan and the subjugation of his people.
