The Vektan Security Agency Headquarters is home to the intelligence arm of the ISA, and widely recognized as the principle intelligence gathering source for the Vektan government.

It is a state of the art facility consisting of 28 floors above ground and a further 45 floors below. The building is designed and built with numerous defensive security systems incorporated into its design. A fortified magnetic shield protects the building's exterior, while an electric counter field offers protection against laser, acoustic and molecular recording devices and scans. The building's foundations and structure can withstand a magnitude 8 earthquake and a 1 kiloton explosion. It is estimated 1000 personnel can be housed for up to 24 months in a completely self-contained environment.
