It is believed Tyran was born in the immediate aftermath of the Terracide. Exact date unknown. Some reports suggest he was the sole survivor of a hospital collapse, although this is disputed. He was brought to Vekta as a refugee, where his early years are documented in subsequent reports. It is noted that his first contact with the teachings of Scolar Visari occurred early during his post secondary education. He was quickly radicalized and dropped out of school to assist the growing political wing of neo-Helghasts.

There is cursory evidence that he is being assisted by rogue elements of the New Helghan authority. To what extent is unknown at this time. A kill order is in effect for Tyran. Any contact should be forwarded to "Foreign Targeting Group".
