Elias Vitter was the Chief of Police of Pyrrhus during the Second Extrasolar War.
Biography[]
During the ISA invasion of Helghan, Vitter put Pyrrhus in a state of police lockdown and ordered his District Commanders to upheld the curfew. Anyone that contravened the curfew would be placed under arrest and charged with contravention of Public Order Regulation 2063. He permitted officers to use deadly force in case of a civilian resisting arrest.[1]
Vitter also followed under Colonel Vyktor Kratek and was tasked in arresting civilians (mainly looters and scavengers) and shipping them to Kratek's weapons research unit, Facility X01, as unwilling test subjects.[1][2]
