The ISA AAPC is an amphibious ISA assault transport vehicle.

Overview

The AAPC is the preferred carrier for ISA infantry, capable of performing highly effective assaults across long patches of land. It is good at absorbing punishment but not as good at dishing it out. The AAPC is fairly slow, but heavily armored all-around. Moreover, it is quite reliable. It has a very low profile, holds six men, and is equipped with a top mounted LMG that provides adequate suppressive fire while troops deploy through the rear exit hatch.

Trivia

• The AAPC is identical to the AAV-7, but with less weaponry.
• The Gunners of the AAPC in Killzone 3 are impervious to damage unlike their Killzone 2 variety which can be killed either by Helghast or friendly fire.
• The AAPC use a back ramp to dismount ISA infantry.
• Many AAPC's are seen destroyed in the level Evacuation orders on the bridge.
• They have a very noticable engine sound as Rico was able to identify them without visual contact. "Those are ISA engines up ahead".
