Lights Out is the sixth mission in Killzone: Mercenary.

Plot

Danner is congratulated by Admiral Grey for rescuing Justus and Savic. Grey turns her attention on seizing control of Colonel Kratek's zone in Pyrrhus, and she sends Danner to shutdown a Petrusite refinery and thus disabling the remaining Arc Cannons that are preventing her forces from advancing.

Danner and Benoit approaches the refinery via Intruder. On the way they are attacked by various Stingers, which Danner has to take out before he jumps on a worker drone at the refinery, which brings him to the Extraction Bay. Danner proceeds to sabotage the refinery's coolant pipes to overheat the facility's reactor. After sabotaging the pipes, Danner make his way to the roof to join Benoit and destroy the reactor, as its exhaust port is open. After Danner destroys the reactor, Benoit suddenly abandons Danner due to orders from Admiral Grey for knowing about the bio-weapon and believing that he would betray her by handing Savic over to the Helghast.

But shortly after Benoit's betrayal, Kratek has overheard this and offers Danner a way out. Danner is then extracted by a Overlord Dropship before being made "comfortable" by Kratek's soldiers.
