Specifications

The M224 is a machine gun manufactured by the ISA that uses .50 Caliber rounds. It has a high rate of fire and relies on this stopping power to counter enemy advancement. However, its use of linkless ammunition results in massive recoil, stumping accuracy during sustained fire. As of the Second Extrasolar War, the M224 was mounted on several mainstream ISA ground vehicles, namely the ISA Archer Tank, the ISA HAMR IFV, and the LS209 Exoskeleton.

Strategy

MOMAGs have an unlimited amount of ammo, but depend heavily on the cooling of their barrels to stay operational. Use only short-controlled bursts to avoid overheating. In the single player campaign, the MOMAG lacks armor protection and thereby open to attack.
