Dr. Ravek is a Vektan astrophysicist who head the Vale Research Institute.
Biography[]
Dr. Ravek served as a spokesperson for the VRI and for covering up much of the VSA's classified projects. He covered up the cause of the ISC Cassandra's destruction and Dr. Hillary Massar's defection.[1][2]
