Resurrection is the fourth and final mission of Chapter 5 of Killzone: Liberation.

Plot[]

General Stratson arrived at the Sedah City Royal Palace to kill General Murphy, the last remaining ISA official in southern Vekta. Templar soon reaches the Palace and confronts Stratson, informing him that he has come to arrest the traitorous General for treason. Stratson orders his Helghast soldiers to kill Templar.

Templar defeats the soldiers before Stratson decide to personally deal with Templar by battling him with a Exo-Skeleton. However, Templar prevails and destroys the Exo-Skeleton. Stratson is wounded and rants to Templar that he is acting for the "good of Vekta" and that the ISA cannot win against the Helghast. Templar is left unimpressed with Stratson's ranting and deems his rationale no different from his fellow collaborator General Stuart Adams. Before Stratson is taken away for interrogation, he makes his final plea to Templar that the Rayhoven nuclear weapons are already in Helghan and that Vekta need him.

Rico and Evelyn reunites with Templar. Rico expresses his distaste over having to fight another ISA traitor. Templar knows that the Helghast will never give up in their war against Vekta, but neither does the Vektans; he swears to take the war to Helghan.

Meanwhile, Scolar Visari announces to the Helghast people that the loss of their war on Vekta was not in vain, as they have left the planet in ruins and obtained the ISA nuclear weapons delivered to them by Stratson. He swears that their decisive battle is yet to come, and Helghan will be ready for the ISA's inevitable arrival.
