The UCA is generations ahead of the ISA forces. Think less of the difference between the US Army and US National Guard and more of the difference between the US Special Forces and a US city Police Force. The ISA have strict controls on how many men, the level of their arms and body armour and the degree and sophistication of support arms such as Navy, Air Support, Armour and Artillery.Eon 18:03, August 17, 2010 (UTC)
